You can return an order for a refund or replacement, minus the cost of shipping. You must notify us by e-mail within 14 days of our shipping date, before the item can be returned.

We will send a return item number along with the address you need to return the order. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Jewelry that shows any signs of wear or abuse cannot be returned. Your refund will be sent after the item is received by us and inspected.
